Welcome to Volare Counseling. By accessing or using our website at volarecounseling.com and our counseling services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

The content on this website, including blog articles, webinar materials, and educational resources, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Telehealth Services
Volare Counseling offers group therapy and coaching services via telehealth (video conferencing). By using our telehealth services, you acknowledge:
- Telehealth services are provided to clients located in the state of California at the time of session.
- Telehealth has limitations, including potential technology failures, reduced ability to observe non-verbal cues, and privacy risks inherent to electronic communication.
- You are responsible for ensuring a private, safe environment during sessions.
- Telehealth sessions are not recorded by Volare Counseling.
- Our clinicians are licensed in the state of California. Services are limited to clients within California unless otherwise authorized.
Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Group therapy programs require full payment at the time of enrollment.
- Coaching packages may be paid in full or in installments as specified at checkout.
- Membership subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected.
- All prices are listed in USD.
- We do not accept insurance. Volare Counseling is a cash-pay practice. We can provide a superbill upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Group Therapy: Refunds are available up to 7 days before the program start date. After the program begins, no refunds are issued for missed sessions.
- Coaching: Individual sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) forfeit the session.
- Membership: You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds.
- Webinars: Free webinars require no payment. Paid workshops follow the same policy as group therapy.
Group Therapy Agreement
By enrolling in a Volare Counseling group therapy program, you agree to the following:
- Confidentiality: What is shared in group stays in group. You agree not to disclose any identifying information about other group members outside of the group setting.
- Respect: All members are expected to treat each other with respect, empathy, and compassion.
- Attendance: Regular attendance is important for group cohesion. Please notify your clinician if you cannot attend a session.
- Safety: If a clinician determines that group therapy is not appropriate for you at this time, they may recommend alternative services. Enrollment fees will be refunded in such cases.
- No Outside Contact: Romantic or sexual relationships between group members are prohibited during the program and for 6 months after.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, course materials, and workshop recordings, is the property of Volare Counseling and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
User Accounts
If you create an account with us (for the client portal, membership, or course access), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Volare Counseling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Bernardino County or Fresno County, California.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
